The Constitutional Court (MK) did not accept the lawsuit number 192/PHPU.BUP-XXIII/2025 filed by the West Bandung Regent candidate pair number 3, Hengky Kurniawan-Ade Sudrajat Usman.
“Declaring that the Applicant’s petition cannot be accepted,” said Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Suhartoyo, reading the verdict in the Constitutional Court courtroom, Jakarta, Wednesday (5/2).
Constitutional Court Judge, Daniel Yusmic P. Foekh, explained that the reason for the inadmissibility of the lawsuit, which argued that the Minister of Villages and Development of Disadvantaged Regions (Mendes PDT) Yandri Susanto was biased towards the candidate pair number 02 Jeje Ritchie (Jeje Govinda)-Asep Ismail, was not proven.
In addition, the Applicant also argued that there was involvement in providing support by the President’s Special Envoy for the Development of the Young Generation and Artist Raffi Ahmad. However, the Constitutional Court considered this argument unproven.
